ResponsibilitiesMaintain good communications and relationships with Owners, inspectors, designers, and subcontractorsMonitor and ensure all workers and subcontractors safety on project Conduct morning huddles with crews to coordinate daily and weekly activity plansManage weekly safety meetings Take leadership in developing a sense of urgency on the projectConstantly review work for quality and solve problemsWork with our Project Mangers to schedule materials, equipment, and laborManage and care for company tools and equipmentTrack and submit time sheets and prepare daily reports-- -
Preferred Skills & Qualifications8+ years of construction Superintendent experienceLarge industrial and/or manufacturing construction experience is requiredStrong understanding of site development, MEP, and architectural finishesOSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar is a bonusPandoLogic.
