Description:Helm is hiring a second shift Print Service Operator. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining a high-volume Document Reproduction Center utilizing high speed copiers/printers, maintaining a production schedule, and quality standards.
Essential duties and responsibilities of the Print Services Operator:

• Operates multiple machines while adhering to quality and production schedule
• Effectively communicate with customers, team members, management
• File manipulation and pre-press setup using appropriate software and hardware
• Establish files for document archival according to quality standards
• Retrieve stored files and send to machines
• Quality control and verification of all required output
• Communicate with Print Services Management as necessary for periodic status and incident resolution
• Daily cleaning and general maintenance of the digital print center equipment and stock area
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
• Use Helm Business System and all required applications and processes
• Perform other relevant tasks as required Requirements:Education/Experience for the Print Services Operator position:High School Diploma and/or GED, Two (2) years of digital print experience

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Email and Web
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service skills
