perform basic assembly and installation duties. The role will
assist and learn from a Senior Assembler. The Assembler II will
perform basic manufacturing and cleaning work in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment.*As an Assembler II, you will be
responsible for: *Training with a Senior Assembler to assemble
products and sub-components to support vehicle production and other
productsSupporting vehicle and material movement in and around
facilityFollowing the electronic build book for assembly
instructionsCleaning and preparing components and vehicles for
productionMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentFollowing
established safety proceduresLearning and performing assigned
production procedures to support vehicle and product
productionPerforming work on vehicle systemsPerforming fabrication
duties to include grinding, cutting, and drilling using fixtures
and templatesTo be considered an Assembler II, you will
need:Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3
years of automotive experienceAbility to work independently while
following specific work instructionsUnderstand and exhibit the
proper use of calibrated torque toolsProficiency with computer
usageAbility to learn and follow written instructionsAbility to
perform fine hand manipulationAbility to use power toolsAbility to
focus on details and quality of workPossess basic mechanic
toolsKnowledge of basic automotive maintenanceA successful
candidate may also have:Valid driver's license with a good driving
recordAbility to work overtime as needed including
weekendsParticipated in high school automotive shop
courseworkExperience performing personal vehicle maintenanceOur
