The Application Support Consultant works as a member of our Application Upgrade team to provide application upgrade support services for our enterprise clients across the world. The Application Support Consultant works as part of a team to ensure the smooth upgrade of our customers WFS environments to the latest release of WFS Software. Responsibilities Handle complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges Test/troubleshoot complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills Perform unit and system testing of upgraded application Collaborate with team members to complete project assignments by set deadlines Assist clients and team with roll out activities Handle multiple upgrade projects concurrently Be responsive and follow through on customer requests in a professional and timely manner Requirements Software programming language classroom or work experience required. SQL classroom or work experience required. Familiarity with business applications, such as Excel or DBMS systems Excellent oral and written communication skills Works well independently and as a team member Works well with multiple clients concurrently in a customer focused environment Experience providing application support for complex software systems Logical and technical mindset for analyzing problems and identifying root causes Sense of urgency during Go Live dates and adhere to flexible work schedule to meet project requirements Travel No Travel Required Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required This job description is not intended to be all inclusive, and employee will perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and other management as required.To maintain our goal of remaining a diverse and inclusive company, WorkForce Software advocates for and promotes a diverse, equitable, safe, and professional workplace where all people feel welcomed and empowered.
