The Associate Consultant works with more senior team members to
help deliver our WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling,
Integrations, etc.) in a way that solves the unique business
challenges for each customer. The Associate Consultant works with
the Global Services project teams to help ensure the WFS Suite
products being developed comply with the needs of the customer and
are delivered successfully by gathering and defining the customer's
documented workforce management business requirements and
validating their expected results. They continue to develop their
skills in consulting, leadership client relationships, and in the
knowledge of WFS Products by taking WFS product suite training
courses and maintaining certifications.
