The primary objective of this is role is to build meaningful, long-lasting relationships that grow our business. Objectives of this Role --- Act as the main point of contact in matters relating to client concerns and needs --- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships --- Maitain strong client relationships, through regular and promte communication Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries --- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any client contacts --- Collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales leads and develop sales plans --- Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings Daily and Weekly Responsibilities --- Sales (30%) --- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs --- Review and understand assigned orders, identify influenceable and high priority orders, ensure high quality candidates are being submitted, track order coverage is meeting acceptable levels --- Meet regularly with other members of the sales team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business --- Sales Support (30%) --- Format candidate resumes into the correct format --- Perform the submit of candidates into client or MSP systems. --- Create and update, candidate tracking and submittals --- Schedule client interviews and handle last-minute scheduling changes , assist with candidate interview preparation --- Act as admin & point of contact for HackerRank and TalentMatch and manage both systems --- Coordinate technical interviews and online technical evaluations as required. --- Team Member Support (40%) --- Send welcome email and presentation for new starts and coordinate start information paperwork such as drug testing, equipment, onboarding information, background check --- Conduct team member touch points including performance reviews and coordinate bill rate increases activity --- Act as admin & point of contact for HackerRank and TalentMatch and manage both systems Skills and Qualifications --- Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role --- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously --- Strong written and verbal communication skills --- Good attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications --- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback --- Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software Job Requirements:Additional Info: At FastTek Global, Our Purpose is Our People and Our Planet.
