Job Description We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Representative to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and executing a sales strategy to drive company revenue. Responsibilities: Conduct phone calls with potential customers / leads through CRM platform Answer phone calls from prospective customers with aim of getting them in the store Follow-up with leads regularly via various forms of communication (Social Media, Email, Phone, Text) Sell to customers in store and close leads Maintain a continuous desire to learn knowledge of Tint World product and service offerings Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting Produce weekly, monthly, and yearly sales report Develop and execute innovative sales strategies Build and form new partnerships with potential commercial clients Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field Must enjoy speaking on the phone regularly Have excellent work ethics and attitude Ability to build strong rapport with clients Ability to connect with people instantly Familiarity with CRM platforms Strong leadership qualities
