Responsibilities:
Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final
step of the home-buying process when needed
Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings,
post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for
new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick
sales
Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and
showings
Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing
to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings

--- WORK-ONLY SELLERS!
--- Achieve the BEST deal possible for the seller with EXTENSIVE
market analysis to determine the listing price.
--- Convert pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents into NEW
BUSINESS and SCHEDULE listing appointments.
--- IMPROVE customer service ratings by providing weekly feedback
to clients on their property listings.
--- CLOSE deals by working closely with Buyers' Agents to NEGOTIATE
contracts.
--- GROW our customer base by CONTACTING all leads and requests in
a timely manner.
--- SELL homes quickly by PRICING, STAGING, and MARKETING them to
attract potential buyers.
--- The Listing Specialist works SOLELY with sellers.
--- PROSPECT new listings, sellers, and team lead to DRIVE business
growth.
--- INVOLVE the team leads in all negotiations to ensure a
successful outcome for all parties involved.
--- REFLECT the positive reputation of the Team Leader by
demonstrating a high standard of conduct and using best efforts to
sell real estate on behalf of the team.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, time management skills, and
interpersonal skills
Team player who believes their success is the team's success
Has a real estate license
Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and
how to utilize market analysis
--- 2+ years of work experience in real estate sales
--- Experience with listing homes and a track record of success
--- Marketing experience in or outside of the real estate
--- Outstanding presentation skills
