Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will be
playing a pivotal role in driving our sales strategies by forging
strong relationships with new and existing clients in the
construction sector. This role requires a blend of technical
know-how and exceptional sales expertise to deliver on our promise
of operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Develop and
implement strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals in the
construction sector. Perform direct sales pitches to potential and
existing clients, emphasizing product benefits tailored to customer
needs. Coordinate with the tech team to understand product
specifics and innovations in our offerings. Monitor competitors,
market conditions, and product development. Manage sales pipeline
and reporting sales activities via CRM systems. Maintain strong
relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction and repeat business. Strong understanding of the
construction industry and market trends. Proficient in CRM software
and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Ability to handle negotiations and close
deals effectively. Strong technical acumen to grasp complex
technology solutions easily. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Sales
Management (CSM) preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification is a plus. Training in CRM software applications is
advantageous.
