Job Description:

Representative to join our dynamic Construction Division sales
team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to drive
sales and enhance client relationships in the construction
industry, leveraging Badger Inc.'s cutting-edge technologies and
services. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be at the
forefront, engaging with clients to understand their needs and
providing tailored solutions that deliver substantial value and
efficiency to their operations. Develop and maintain robust
relationships with existing and potential clients in the
construction industry. Understand client needs and propose
customized solutions that align with their requirements and
objectives. Conduct daily sales activities, schedule and perform
meetings, and negotiate contracts to close deals. Achieve and
exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with
marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market
trends and innovations. Prepare regular sales forecasting reports
and maintain a well-documented pipeline in the sales CRM. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in CRM software
and MS Office Ability to negotiate and influence decisions
Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of
the construction industry and its key players Medical Insurance

Professional Sales Person (CPSP) certification is preferred
