Compensation: $70,000 - $225,000 per year Responsibilities: Enter new markets within assigned territories to generate pipeline growth and expand regional presence. Proactively identify and develop untapped accounts to increase opportunity volume across designated areas. Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records to ensure full visibility into prospect activity and deal progression. Diligently track engagement metrics and sales opportunities within the CRM to support forecasting and reporting accuracy. Execute high-volume outbound prospecting efforts through phone, email, and personalized messaging to generate qualified leads. Utilize a multi-channel outreach strategy to engage prospects and advance them through the sales funnel. Evaluate prospect intent and effectively transition sales-ready leads to the inbound sales team to maximize conversion rates. Qualify and route high-potential opportunities to internal partners to accelerate deal progression and closure. Monitor monthly and quarterly performance against sales targets to drive predictable revenue growth. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; career changers welcome. Prior sales experience is a plus. Strong time management, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of the sales process and experience using CRM software preferred. Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability and willingness to travel by car as needed.
