Only Territory: Saline • Ann Arbor • Dexter Schedule: Monday–Friday

You’ll Be Doing - Provide skilled physical therapy services in
patients’ homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist -
Follow individualized Plans of Care and communicate patient
progress or changes promptly - Support patients in improving
mobility, balance, endurance, and overall function - Instruct
patients and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and
adaptive equipment - Document care accurately while adhering to
state regulations and physician orders - Perform hands-on, physical
work including transfers and patient assistance - Participate in
flexible scheduling or occasional on-call needs as required What
Sets You Up for Success - Completion of an accredited Physical
Therapist Assistant program - Active PTA license in the state of
Michigan - Prior experience preferred, but new graduates are
welcome - Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and
auto insurance - Comfortable traveling within the local service
area - Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including
