Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years
School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet

students' social and emotional well-being within a school
environment in Ann Arbor, MI. This contract position focuses on
fostering a positive school climate and providing essential
counseling and support services to students and their families. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
addressing student needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators,
and families to develop effective intervention plans Assess student
behavior and social-emotional status to create tailored support
strategies Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute
to student success plans Provide crisis intervention and referrals
to community resources as necessary Maintain accurate documentation
and comply with school policies and legal requirements
Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a Social Worker in
school settings Experience working with children and adolescents in
educational or clinical environments Strong knowledge of
social-emotional development and counseling techniques Excellent
communication and collaboration skills Ability to maintain
confidentiality and build trusting relationships with students and
families Familiarity with education laws and regulations related to
